My mom (90 years old) had an issue with her Ford Escape randomly not starting and no one could figure out what the problem was. Capital Automotive was so attentive and helpful not only did they diagnose the problem but they went out of their way to help her and their communication was wonderful. We all will be taking our cars here from now on...Thank You!

Capital Automotive is a very professional shop providing quality work. I had a 9:00 am appointment for my vehicle to get a scheduled maintenance oil change. I dropped off the vehicle. I received a text message about 10:00 am stating the inspection was done and they provided a link that showed everything they found including pictures. The items that needed attention had a box under it so that I can click and check to approve the additional work be done. There was a link with the estimate for all the work that needed to be done so I knew how much it would cost before I approved the work. After approving the work, I received a text the car was done about 12:30 pm. I really like the system they have to communicate through text/email with the customer and providing pictures and quotes in advance of approving work.
