You can trust that when we repair your vehicle, we do so thoroughly and accurately every time. However, we know that life isn’t always perfect and things don’t always go as planned – which is why we provide the highest level of protection available in our industry at no charge to you. Our warranty is designed to cover both parts and labor on every vehicle we service for up to three years and 36,000 miles.
Nationwide Coverage
Our warranty is valid at hundreds of certified repair centers across the country so you are covered whether you are in Carson City or not if you have an issue. For instance, if a part we installed fails while your family is on a road trip on the east coast, you are still covered.
How to file your warranty claim:
If you are within 25 miles
If you are within 25 miles of Capitol Automotive, we recommend that you contact us directly and one of our team members will walk you through your warranty coverage and assist you in scheduling a time to come in.
If you are more than 25 miles away
If you cannot reasonably get back to Capitol Automotive, please call the Warranty Administrator at 800-457-0019 from 8 AM to 8 PM EST Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 6 PM EST on Saturday and they will assist you in getting you to the nearest shop that can resolve the issue.
