I can’t recommend Capital Automotive enough. It’s not often that you come across a shop this organized and provides reliable service. They were able to provide an appointment with relatively short notice and had our truck back the same day. If you are looking for a great shop at a fair price, give them a call.

Recently switched to this garage and I am extremely happy with the inspection process with receiving a text with images and detailed report on findings. The staff is kind and non judgmental, I suggest this place to anyone especially women who can be brushed off or treated unfairly elsewhere.

We had gone to one garage for about 20 years for our Chevy pickup until the owner of that garage passed away. His daughter recommended Capitol Automotive since that is where she takes her vehicles. We had a great initial visit. They explained fully everything they did and kept us informed throughout the day. They did a complete inspection and performed all necessary services. We would highly recommend Capitol Automotive for work on any vehicles.

Took my truck in a few months back to change spark plugs and transmission fluid. They said a couple ignition coils were bad and replaced them. After they were done my car started having bad idle surges, I took it back in and they said an ignition coil was bad and found no other issues, but my truck still has really bad idle issues and I had zero issues with this before they worked on my truck. Really bummed with this place.

Hi Bryan, I'm sorry to hear this. I reviewed the repair order from your last visit in September. The technician did find a defective coil that we warrantied. I'm sorry to hear that the Tacoma is still having issues. Our other owner reached out to you today by text to see if you can bring it back in. All of our work is warrantied for 3 years/36,000 miles. We would love an opportunity to make this right. Thanks for the feedback!
