John is terrific and very knowledgeable. The service was done in the specified time frame and there was no pressure for extras. A service report was furnished stating what was checked, what was done, what needed attention soon and items that might need service in the future. At no time did anyone try to sell me on performing any of the 'need soon' or 'in the future' services. They do a great job and stand behind the work they do. The most important thing I look for in an auto mechanic is if they are trustworthy. Markus knows his stuff and looks for the best way to address the problem, not going automatically to the most complicated solution like some shops.

Had a coolant leak. It was diagnosed as a cracked radiator side tank, replaced radiator.

Thank you for bringing us the Silverado. We hope you continue to be happy with the repair, oil change, and light replacement. It should not leak, but if you have questions or concerns about any of our repairs we offer a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty on it all!
