Guys were friendly and did the tasks assigned. A little pricey, but work was done on schedule.
Hi John, thank you for bringing the Nissan Rogue for your oil change. I'm sorry you thought it was pricey.... I don't think we did a good job of explaining the value for you. All of our technicians are master techs and we only do two oil changes a day. The majority of our work is diagnosis and general repair work. After the oil change service our technician spent approximately an hour thoroughly inspecting the vehicle and noting anything with text and pictures that might need addressing. We do this inspection for any new customers or every six months for our regular customers. Additionally, our service writer looked up the mileage and made a list of what the factory recommends for your vehicle at that mileage and made estimates for those items. That gives us (and you) a good baseline for the condition of your vehicle and helps you make a plan going forward. We aren't set up to be a quick lube shop and don't have any lube technicians here. Our oil change is sometimes not a fit for all customers who would prefer a quicker, cheaper oil change at say a Jiffy Lube or a Walmart. I just wanted to explain why our prices are slightly higher for oil changes here. Thank you again for your feedback.
