I love working with the folks at Capitol Automotive. I'm surprised I haven't done a review for them before. Just recently they did an oil change and my 60,000-mile service on my Toyota 4Runner. I bought it used a couple years back, and when I picked it up this week, it ran like when I first bought it! I couldn't believe how strong and smooth it was - guess I needed the service more than I realized. Everyone at this shop is so kind and knowledgeable, and they're great at telling you what needs to be done, vs. what could wait a bit. I haven't shopped around - they're probably not the cheapest in town, but for my money they are the best. I won't go anywhere else, if I can avoid it.

Lisa, Marcus, John and the entire crew always take care of me when I come in with a problem or maintenance! It is evident that they care deeply about everyone who comes into the shop. Quality work and lovely people!

The most painless auto shop experience I’ve ever had. Every employee I talked to was incredibly polite and helpful. Chevy looked over my car with me and gave his professional opinion without trying to sell me on anything. John kept me updated throughout the process and didn’t once make me feel like a nuisance with all my questions. Very happy with my experience at this shop! Oh also they fixed a broken hose for my wiper fluid that I didn’t ask for and they didn’t charge me for. Appreciate a shop that values quality & goes above and beyond!

Capital automotive fixed my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee so my grandson could drive it at 16. They were so knowledgeable about this older car. They fixed the air bag sensor, drive belt, & completed multipoint inspections so it was in great shape again. Thank you so much!!
