Exceptional customer service and service overall. They are the only place in Carson City that provides and pays for an Uber if you need a ride back to home/work and will also have an Uber pick you back up to retrieve your vehicle. That is top notch service that goes above and beyond. That being said, their service on vehicles is exceptional. I recommend them to everyone.

The staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, thorough, and stand by their work. They take photos of everything they find wrong so you can discuss it more intelligently with them. If you need to leave your car and need a ride back, they will call you an Uber. I have been taking our cars there regularly for four years.
