The alternator on my wife's car was going out. They quoted me what was a fair price considering the difficulty in getting to the alternator. While they did the preliminary checks, they discovered what might have been an additional problem, and they also managed to save some money by removing the alternator a different way. So, they asked if I wanted them to look into the additional problem. Having saved me money, I immediately took them up on it. Turned out to be nothing, and I was very satisfied with not only their great customer service, but also their attention to detail and willingness to help save me a little money, too! EDIT: four months later, the alternator started going out again. They tested it, confirmed it, and replaced it all in the same day, even with a busy workload, at no cost to me. These people know what it means to care for their customers.

These people are totally dishonest and bug time lied to me. Not only that but the did very poor work and forgot important steps and intentional skipped important steps. I would never recommend them to anyone ever! Beware, do not use them. . .
