Great System. Honest Mechanics. Serviced my cooling system and manual transmission, replaced the serpentine belt and a leaking differential seal, and reconnected a cable to my emergency brake. The mechanic took the time to do the job correctly. I never felt like he was rushed. The communication was really good before and during the appointment. I will be using this service in the future. My service advisor was John R. Thank you John and everyone at Capitol Automotive for your **outstanding** customer service!

Great customer service!! My water pump failed unexpectedly on Wednesday night. Capital Automotive was the first shop to have en available opening to look at my car (Monday). They also stated that if they had time they would look at it sooner. I wasn’t expecting a call until Monday but they had a report on the diagnostics to me by 1:00 pm the very next day!!

These guys are AWESOME!!!!! I had to have my car towed on a Wednesday and they were able to diagnose it, send me a detailed estimate and have it up and running by Friday. They also did a full inspection and gave me a report complete with photos. I recommend Capitol Automotive to everyone.
